    爱心煎糕

          今天是父亲的生日,我也没什么给他,刚好母亲买了一些萝卜糕和马蹄糕,我就亲手煎糕给他当早餐吧! 由于今天他一早就要去白云山参加单位活动,因此我也就破天荒地起了个大早给他做早餐。

          其实煎糕也没什么特别的技巧可言,我是用不粘锅煎的,不知怎的,父亲那一辈就是对不粘锅不感冒,做什么菜都钟情于那只生铁锅,“火候够嘛!”,每次都如是说。

          煎糕最重要的前提是不怕被噼噼啪啪的油星烫手,不然缩手缩脚的,糕肯定煎不好,煎的时候还要不时轻晃不粘锅,让油均匀的渗透到每块糕的底部,一般的看到糕底四条边成硬块且呈金黄色时就可以翻过来煎另一面了,不惯油腻的见底边变色就可以翻了。
